#TheWinterProject - Favourite Winter nail polish!
I rarely wear nail polish.
It's not that I don't like it, because I do; I love pretty nails. I think it is more of the fact I am no good at painting them and I have no patience at all when it come to letting them dry.
I am currently studying part-time Makeup and Manicure so the practice I am getting is really helping.
I don't own that many nail polishes, so after doing some research and popping in to my local boots store, I have found some polishes which I would love to try for the Winter season and Christmas.
This shade is gorgeous, I love the way all the colours blend together and I especially like how the colour looks in different perspectives of light.
This is a blue grey shade, it is in between a dark sapphire and a deep graphite. It looks so sleek and I think it would look flattering with most skin tones.
I absolutely adore this shade; it is a dark grape, deep plum colour and I think it is perfect for the Winter season. Although most people tend to wear berry colours in the Autumn I think it would look great matching a khaki coloured coat or even with that little black dress.
This polish is a beautiful deep red, almost burgundy. This shade just makes me feel all christmassy and I think it would match a lot of my Winter outfits.
Oh My Gosh these polishes look amazing! First off Perseid looks like the galaxy. It is a black polish with loads of different shaped textured glitter particles combined. Secondly Fusion is a gorgeous intense gold glitter polish. The glitter particles are much smaller than the ones in Perseid and are not textured.
I think both these shades would be perfect for Christmas and New Year.
I hope you like the nail polishes I have chosen. I can't wait to get my hands on some of the shades.
I also hope you liked my first post in #TheWinterProject series.

Those illamasqua colours are gorgeous! I don't know if I could quite justify spending that much on a nail varnish haha :)

DeleteOoo I must buy bobbing for baubles now. It looks gorgeous. Hope the nail practice makes you want to paint your own nails more. I know what you mean though I'm so impatient I always smudge mine.
