Update on 6 week challenge!

Hello ma'lovelys, sorry this post is a bit late but I have been helping my boyfriend move house and have not had any access to the internet until today.

This is my update for my 6 week challenge!

So for an overview, my calorie counting was far more difficult than I thought it would be. Its hard to find the right balance of food to eat during each day. My goal for eating was to have 1500 calories a day, however I went over my limit quite a few times. 
As for exercise I managed to do a little more than I expected to do. My goal for exercise was to do 25 minutes a day, however on my first day my boyfriend sneakily got me to do 35 mins by him monitoring me with a timer. This proved to myself that I was cable of doing more exercises than I thought. I did struggle with the motivation to start doing exercise each day, however when I was a few minutes in I was fine and able to push myself to do more.

This week has started off well, lets see if I can keep it up hehe.

UH OH measurement time!

These were my measurements before I started the 6 week challenge.
Arm: 13.5 
Thigh: 25
Bum: 44
Stomach: 40

Measurements after week 1
Arm: 12.5
Thigh: 24.5
Bum: 43
Stomach: 36

Yay! I have lost some weight. 
This is great motivation for me; to see the results and know that I can do it, it will really help myself to carry on.

  3. Thanks for sharing this, I'm currently away visiting my BF so I've been "enjoying myself" when it comes to food and exercise. When I get back to London I want to start a six week challenge and it's posts like this that will keep me motivated!
